Manuel Martín Portillo
Chief Technology Officer
Passionate about technology, knowmad and polymath apprentice. Manuel has extensive international experience in managing technology teams, having worked in more than 20 countries across 4 continents. He began his career at Accenture and Soluziona before joining Indra, where he was global head of software factories, General Manager of the subsidiary in Slovakia, and responsible for application management in the telecommunications and media market.
Currently, he is the conductor of Global Exchange’s technology division. Formally the CIO, he prefers to say that his job is to ensure that all instruments in the technological orchestra are tuned and sound harmoniously aligned with the company’s strategy and needs.

Washington Gómez
Cibersecurity
He is responsible for keeping our digital spaces secure and protecting all applications, data, and technological infrastructure from increasingly frequent cyber threats. With a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de la Empresa and an MBA from Universidad Isabel I, Washington has worked in major information technology consulting firms and financial sector companies managing security, risk, and IT compliance areas.
Additionally, he has extensive knowledge and experience in defining and implementing models, adopting quality standards, managing threats and vulnerabilities, as well as in team leadership and developing security policies and plans.
Marcos Núñez
Infrastructure
He has grown both personally and professionally at Global Exchange throughout the 10 years that connect him to this family. During his career at Global Exchange, he has witnessed the company’s evolution in all aspects.
He is responsible for providing the technological service that supports GETD, ensuring availability and technological evolution. His experience encompasses infrastructures (Communications, Systems, Databases, Storage, Virtualization, Cybersecurity, etc.).
He is a faithful enthusiast of teamwork and the evolution of both technology and the talent that sustains it. With almost a decade behind him at Global Exchange opening subsidiaries, setting up data centers and managing projects, he knows the company’s technology in detail.
Agustín Moretón
Architecture
Passionate about technology since he was very young, he believes in Information Technology as the leitmotiv that helps us bring people closer together and improve our quality of life. He has spent a quarter of a century putting it into practice between the world of finance and entrepreneurship, in diverse disciplines such as systems engineering, communications, technological development, quality and IT security.
A frustrated programmer -he will never dedicate to coding all the time he would like- and a perfectionist operator -he can always provide better service-, his best option is to stay in the middle, diving into a sea of epics and user cases.
Lorena Sánchez
IT Governance
She began her career in banking with Caja Rural and Banco Popular, later she ventured into foreign trade at Carrefour headquarters, being responsible for imports and managing large international campaigns with its Asia trading. Subsequently she participated in import, export and logistics at Visiotech, where she was in direct contact with international clients and suppliers and where she carried out purchasing planning in the technology sector.
At Global Exchange she is responsible for technology governance, evaluating, directing and monitoring IT to provide maximum value to the company. She is always looking for the most efficient solution with an immense smile to make the way easier for the rest of the areas.
María Jesús Daza
Solutions, Data and A.I.
Data analytics enthusiast and strong advocate for continuous learning, she is convinced that we are witnessing a data-driven technological revolution. With degrees in Physics and Computer Engineering from the University of Salamanca, she has always been connected to the analytical world, from her early career in a nuclear physics laboratory to her entry into the banking sector, where she joined the data and analytics team. In her more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she has led high-performance teams composed of engineering, science, and data analysis professionals, implementing comprehensive data governance frameworks, business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions.
She maintains that only through data-driven decision-making can current challenges be overcome and business objectives can be achieved hand in hand with technology. For this reason, she is committed to constant evolution and the search for new efficiency and business opportunities that allow us to continue growing and maximize our potential.
José Antonio Vizuete
Organization and processes
His career of more than 20 years began as a trainer (in companies, universities, etc.), where his vocation for continuous learning and knowledge of any subject arose, and subsequently until his arrival at Global Exchange 8 years ago, he was always linked to the industrial sector and the improvement and optimization of production, logistics, commercial processes, etc.
In the organization and processes area, he is in charge of documenting and keeping updated the political map (the processes), the roads (the procedures) and the traffic rules (the instructions), so that any team member can navigate effectively in the company, as well as analyzing them and seeking possible improvements to optimize all possible routes.
